- Additional costs for overnight stays from the third person: 30€ / person
Flat rate for energy costs: 5,95 € / incl. currently valid VAT / per person and day
- Wellness (sauna / whirlpool / outdoor pool from April to October) : incl.

- Final cleaning: 139,50- gross / incl. currently valid VAT.
- Intermediate cleaning: If desired against surcharge or from / after every 8 nights after consultation incl. fresh laundry without surcharge
Payment
Transfer non-cash and free of transfer costs to bank account or also by credit card plus accruing KK fees of the operator (Stripe).

Discounts:
Of course we are happy about every guest! One stays longer, the other unfortunately only has the weekend. The longer a guest stays, the higher the automatic booking discount:
- From 8 nights: 3% on the pure overnight stay plus a one-time, free of charge intermediate cleaning with fresh bed linen, towels, etc. after temporal arrangement.
- From 15 nights: 5% on the pure overnight stay plus a unique, free of charge intermediate cleaning after temporal arrangement with fresh bedlinen, towels etc.
- From 22 nights: 7,5% on the pure overnight stay plus a twice, free of charge intermediate cleaning after temporal arrangement with fresh bedlinen, towels, etc.
- From 31 nights: 10% on the pure overnight stay plus additional, free of charge intermediate cleaning after temporal arrangement with fresh bedlinen, towels, etc.
More price information
The above prices are indicative and are based on supply / demand as well as vacation or public vacation dates. Discounts due to long-term bookings or "low season" are case-dependent and not transferable to other bookings. A "right" to certain prices from e.g. other booking sources does not exist. Decisive are the price information of the respective personal offer.
Payment conditions
50% of the rental price is due after receipt of the booking confirmation / invoice in advance gross directly upon receipt (payment term 10 days). The remaining 50% are automatically due 28 days (4 weeks) before arrival on the items booked in advance.
If 100% of the deposit has not been paid on the penultimate day before arrival, the booking party will be denied access, the contract will be terminated with costs and treated as "not arrived". The corresponding conditions in the cancellation terms will then apply.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the booking ("short notice"), the entire rental price is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation / invoice. A 10-day payment period is then no longer possible.
cancellation conditions
100% refund: If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund: If you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund: If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
